Assessment of Needs

During your first session with Rosacle Consultancy Limited we will complete a full assessment to determine your therapeutic needs and future management.

A full assessment will determine what kind of therapeutic treatment you will require and how many sessions of counselling will take place.  An assessment will be comprehensive taking into account the following;

• Full name ( including middle name)

• Contact details ( Address, telephone number, email address)

• Relationship status

• Full psychiatric history

• Full medical history

• Full drug and alcohol history

• Full mental health history

• Previous hospital visits

• Previous engagement with services

• Education and Employment

• Social situation

• Family history

• Living arrangements

• Safeguarding

• Blood bourne virus status

• Criminal history

• Risk management plan

• Care Plan

• Complete relevant questionnaires

We ask that you are honest about your situation and be aware of the facts so we can formulate a proper treatment plan tailored to your needs. Assessments will take up to 45 minutes to an hour.
